Original paper bag for hand delivery

We have prepared original paper bags with yellow satin ribbons. Please purchase according to your needs.

If you're having trouble deciding which size to choose, please select the "Recommended Size". We will choose the appropriate paper bag size based on the product size you purchase and include it in your order. If you want it to send the gift to the recipient directly, this option is convenient.

[Recommended Size]

• Depending on the product size, it may not fit in the paper bag. (Baby gyms and donut chairs cannot fit in the bag. The croissant cushion fits in the L-size bag.)

• Depending on the number of products, it may not all fit in one paper bag. If two bags are needed, an additional charge of 330 yen will be applied without prior notice. For three bags or more, we will contact you via email.

We strive for careful packaging, but please understand that the paper bags may get slightly bent during transport.

Shipping Information (within Japan)
If you place your order by 8:00 AM, it will be shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 8:00 AM will be shipped on the next business day.

Important Notice
Shipping and customer support may be suspended during weekends, public holidays, and long breaks (such as New Year's, Golden Week, and Obon). Therefore, we will respond sequentially starting from the next business day. If we need to confirm any details regarding your order, the shipment may be delayed, so we appreciate your understanding.

Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 8 days of receiving the product.

Returns and Exchanges for Customer's Convenience
The round-trip shipping costs for exchanges will be the customer's responsibility.

Address Change
If you need to change the delivery address after shipment, a fee of 660 yen (within Japan) will apply.

We will cover the round-trip shipping costs for returns and exchanges due to initial defects or incorrect items.

Important Notice
Even in cases of initial defects or incorrect items, we may refuse returns or exchanges if a long period has elapsed.

Shipping will be from within Japan. Any customs duties will be the responsibility of the recipient.
