Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Japan.

Shipping costs for destinations outside Japan will be shown at checkout.
Orders will be shipped within 2 business days from the date of order confirmation.
We primarily use Japan Post EMS for international deliveries. Delivery typically takes 5–10 days, but this may vary depending on the region.

Customs duties or import taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If shipping is delayed or an item is out of stock, we will contact you via email.
Please monitor your email for up to 3 days after placing your order.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Japanese national holidays.
Additional temporary closures may occur during winter holidays, Golden Week, and summer holidays.

Shipping within Japan

Orders will be shipped within 2 business days from the date of order confirmation (or payment confirmation for prepaid orders).
Orders placed after 9:00 AM will be processed as the next day’s order.

Shipping Fee:

Flat rate of ¥660 (tax included) for all domestic (Japan) deliveries.
Free shipping on domestic orders of ¥5,500 (tax included) or more.

Fastest Shipping Examples:

Example 1: Order placed at 8:00 AM on a business day (e.g., Dec 1) → Ships on Dec 1 or 2.
Example 2: Order placed at 9:10 AM on a business day (e.g., Dec 1) → Ships on Dec 2 or 3.
Date and time selection is not available.

For the fastest delivery, we recommend placing your order without specifying a delivery date or time.
