Regarding Delivery Date Selection:

If no specific delivery date is selected, your order will be shipped within 1-2 days at the earliest.
For remote areas, such as islands, please add one extra day to the earliest possible delivery date.
Please note that delivery may be delayed due to shipping carrier issues or weather conditions.

We do not include receipts or packing slips with items shipped for personal use. Please be aware that picture books may have price tags on the cover.
Gift wrapping is available for an additional fee.
If you would like a message card, please provide the text (up to 50 characters) in the "Notes" section. Please note that emojis cannot be used.
Any other special requests should also be written in the "Notes" section.
