[What is the Sophisticade Collection?]

The collection's name is a combination of the lovely English word "sophiesticated" and Sophie the giraffe.

This set includes two popular products with a Sophie motif and Sophie the Giraffe motif, making a perfect gift for an important baby shower.

The gift box has a soft French design and comes with a gift bag with a gold ribbon and a message card.

They are loved around the world as baby shower gifts that combine luxury and cuteness to convey celebratory feelings with practicality.

[Sophisticade Collection processing method]

1. There is a tag on the top right of the front of the gift box informing you that a gift bag and card are included. Remove this tag. There is a scissors mark on it, but you can easily remove it by hand.

2. Turn the gift set over. There are two round stickers on the back of the plastic case of the gift set. Please peel off one of the stickers.

3. The part of the plastic case where the sticker was removed is inserted as shown by an arrow. Move the insertion port left and right to remove the part indicated by the arrow.

4. Slide the plastic case out of the box. The gift bag will be placed flat between the plastic case and the paper box. The message card will be placed inside the gift bag. Remove it.

5. Write a congratulatory message on the card.

6. Place the paper box back into the plastic case.

7. Place the gift box and message card in the gift bag, tie a ribbon and your lovely gift is complete.

[Gift service options]
1. No processing (paper bag and card included)
・The paper bag and message card will be left inside the box when the item is delivered. Please note that the recipient will receive a blank card.

2. Processing included (put in a paper bag, and if there is any printing, enter it in the comments section)
・An additional charge of 300 yen will be applied.
The processing of the product can be done in simple steps.

If you are receiving and delivering the item yourself, you can process the item yourself. We recommend the processing service if the delivery address is different.

If you choose the option to have your item customized, the gift bag and card will be removed from the product and delivered with a ribbon tied around it as gift wrapping.

No message printed: A postcard-sized card containing information about Sophie the Giraffe will be inserted into a tri-fold card. Recipients will not receive a blank card.

If you would like a message printed on the card, we will print it on the card and attach it to the gift wrapping. Please write your message in the comments section. (Up to 50 characters. Emojis cannot be printed.)

Shipping Information (within Japan)
If you place your order by 8:00 AM, it will be shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 8:00 AM will be shipped on the next business day.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 8 days of receiving the product.

If you need to change the delivery address after shipment, a fee of 660 yen (within Japan) will apply.

Shipping will be from within Japan. Any customs duties will be the responsibility of the recipient.
